All of my experiences here have been great! I was helped so well and I was even able to get a free pair of glasses after my first pair broke within 2 months of getting them. I recommend going here for a good deal and good service.

the glasses are great but the service is horrible. i’ve worked with at least two of the ladies that work here and you can tell that they hate their job. they made me wait for long periods of time when they were with no other customers. no greeting, no smile, no i’ll be right with you. they made me feel stupid for not knowing the difference between tinted and polarized. when i picked my sunglasses up, i wanted darker lenses and she said if you wanted them darker you should’ve chosen to get polarized. they didn’t even give me ... read more

I worked as an optician in a high end office a few years back. The opticians at Sam's club were phenomenal. I took my three year old on to get her first pair of glasses and it was a great experience. We can't wait to get the glasses!
