After years of getting my glasses from Sam's, I called to check when I could reorder, but Lakeisha suggested I reach out to my insurance instead of assisting me directly, leading me to decide to take my business elsewhere. You want to be lazy, go ahead and lose customers. They always check for me. Sam's Club hire people that want to work.

Arrived at 3:36 with my dad to pick his glasses. There was no employee in sight in the optical center. An employee nearby in customer service told us she couldn’t get the glasses for us and to wait for the person to come back from lunch at 4. We wasted time waiting for it to be 4pm just for another employee to say optical is closed at 4pm.

Ashley and Daisy are both great to work with! They helped my Dad and I get our glasses picked and prescribed! We got our glasses much earlier than we expected and Gloria was a delight making sure we were happy with our glasses at pick up! Great Prices Great Services Great Experience! Highly recommended

I went and ordered some some glasses on a Thursday. While she was doing the transaction she told me what I was being charged, I asked for an itemized bill she said she couldn't give me one. I asked her what my charges were and she said them so fast that I barely had time to write them down. Every time I asked her a question she couldn't answer.
