Ashley and Daisy are both great to work with! They helped my Dad and I get our glasses picked and prescribed! We got our glasses much earlier than we expected and Gloria was a delight making sure we were happy with our glasses at pick up! Great Prices Great Services Great Experience! Highly recommended
I went and ordered some some glasses on a Thursday. While she was doing the transaction she told me what I was being charged, I asked for an itemized bill she said she couldn't give me one. I asked her what my charges were and she said them so fast that I barely had time to write them down. Every time I asked her a question she couldn't answer. Wow. The people in the vision center at this Sam’s Club are totally incompetent. I went into the store and picked out my glasses just like normal. Gloria entered them in, rang me up and told me they’d be ready in a week or 2. No problem. A few days go by and they call to let me know they are ready, I show up to pick them up and they give me a pair of women’s glasses, not what I ordered.
