Better price, and the customer service is not good. it is kind rude and not much helpful. Especially if you asking too much questions.
The AVR system they use never sent me a confirmation time of day by phone message. Very slipshod way to conduct business. I will go elsewhere. When I made the appointment in person, they couldn’t give me a time or time of day. The scheduling is automated and was never sent. Scheduling is key during Holiday shopping. Very disappointed.
All staff members seemed very personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and fast even though they were very busy. No one seemed bothered by the increased work load during that time.
