The lady answering phones on Tuesday (1/14/25) at about ten til 3pm wouldn’t even try to look up my insurance in the system to see if they accept me. She told me to go on my insurer’s website to look. My internet was down, which is why I called. After asking multiple others if they would consider that rude, I can confirm that every single person told me that it sounds like she doesn’t want to do her job. Just got a year membership but I won’t ever get glasses and contacts here.

Amazing workers here at sams, Jaiden was just great and asked the right questions. But one question really stuck with me, he asked me if I was scared, because he was.

Waited for 4 weeks to receive my glasses. However, multiple rounds of quality problems with the frames and lenses, coupled with supply chain delay for a frame resulted in cancelling my order. Never received my glasses. Update: 5/24/19: My order I referenced above was ultimately filled for one pair of glasses. That order was already in the progress when I cancelled (see above).
