I purchased Meta smart glasses from Sam’s Optical in Brownsville on October 10th. A few days later, I ordered prescription lenses for them. Unfortunately, within about a week of purchase, the glasses stopped working completely - they wouldn’t charge, connect, or reboot. While that wasn’t Sam’s fault, there didn’t seem to be a clear plan in place for replacements, and Ray-Ban’s only suggestion was to return them.
