Samsung optical sold warranty on wife’s glasses. That’s fine. 4 months later I bought new reading glasses did not want extended warranty. Get home and see they charged for one. FRAUD. WENT BACK THEY CANCELLED Lo AND BEHOLD THEY CANCELLED MY WIFES. NOW HER REAL PRESCRIPTION GLASSES NEED A CLAIM. SAMS KNOW THEY F UPBUT HAVE NO WAY TO FIX. FRAUD ARROGANT AND BS. DO NOT USE. HAVE TO FILE CLAIM WITH STATE OF FLORIDA INSURANCE COMMISONER

Wonderful experiences with Gregory and Linda. Replaced prescription lenses in Raybans and ordered new prescription glasses at 1/3 the costs of the competition in Pensacola!
Sam’s club opticals service was great. Gregory D was awesome in helping me pick which glasses and lends were right for me and setting up a solid warranty plan. Thank man!
