This whole experience has been awful. I have been wearing contacts for over 30 years. I was not given my script after my appointment. I had to come back to get it after ten days. When I made the appointment and confirmation call, there was no mention that the exam had to be paid in cash. Who has cash nowadays? That forced me to go buy something so I could pay for my exam. Genuinely the best optical center I have ever been to. The doctor is nice, works fast, and does a great job!
Awful customer service from start to finish. They quoted me 7-10 days and it took over 2 weeks for my glasses to come in. No communication at all that the glasses were late, shipped, arrived, etc. I had to keep calling and finally found out my glasses had arrived. I went in the store to pick them up and after 2 weeks… they were the WRONG FRAMES. No apologies, no trying to fix the issue, nothing.
