Doctor was great but the associate Donna put wrong address on my contact lenses order! Now I have to wait 7-15 more business days. So unprofessional!!
The worst experience with an optometrist I have ever had. The doctor gave me a prescription for a new brand which I took a trial pair of lenses for. The lenses were unwearable for me so I called to order my original brand. They insisted that the doctor would have to change the entire prescription for this but he was never in when I called. He is in once a week or not at all. When trying to have my prescription sent to me to order elsewhere, I was threatened and told they would contact the doctor to void it entirely. I have been going to Sams for my eye exams and glasses for years. The customer service is great. Kelly is always so friendly and helpful. I recommend them to everyone.
