All I have to say they have an Amazing Manager;Carmen, that knows her stuff….any issues with glasses she is you’re go to. Had issues with frames constantly snapping due to lenses being to big putting to much pressure into lenses, she quickly put her skills into cutting down lenses to actually fit frames perfectly were there’s no more pressure on them causing them to snap with minimal heat.
They never answer the phone! I called at least 4 times. And let it ring more than 10 times and no one EVER ANSWERED! And then it just stopped ringing and hung up on me. Do better Sams, do better! When we walked by they said come get frames and I said I would call when we were ready and she was like yes call we are here, and where are they now that I need to ask a question about the insurance. This place doesn’t deserve not even 1 star!
Came in for lenses only. Was greeted and told what I wanted to do. Got seated only to realize I left my script in my car. So literally in less than 2 min. I ran out can back and waited and waited while Jessica took care of a pick up. Got seated again and then was asked to get up and move cause she was going to take care of someone that came in after me. Probably cause they were buying frames. Her extensive experience and knowledge were immediately evident as she expertly guided me through selecting new glasses. Not only was she efficient and fast, but her friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. I highly recommend Shivanie for anyone seeking top-notch service at Sam's Club's optician department. Wendy was amazing! She fixed my glasses for me super fast. She was friendly and even gave me eye doctor names and numbers nearby when I said I needed a new eye doctor. Thank you so much Wendy!
