They never answer the phone! I called at least 4 times. And let it ring more than 10 times and no one EVER ANSWERED! And then it just stopped ringing and hung up on me. Do better Sams, do better! When we walked by they said come get frames and I said I would call when we were ready and she was like yes call we are here, and where are they now that I need to ask a question about the insurance. This place doesn’t deserve not even 1 star!
Came in for lenses only. Was greeted and told what I wanted to do. Got seated only to realize I left my script in my car. So literally in less than 2 min. I ran out can back and waited and waited while Jessica took care of a pick up. Got seated again and then was asked to get up and move cause she was going to take care of someone that came in after me. Probably cause they were buying frames.
