Terrible customer service on numerous occasions! This particular sales associate clearly hates her job and should seek employment elsewhere. She ignores the customers. Will not return to this establishment!
I had always used Lens Crafters, I decided to use Sam's as I shop there. The new glasses I purchased were not inexpensive, and I got scratch resistant coating and although I had never had the coating before, I figured on extra protection. Not so, in less than 3 weeks there was a scratch on one of the lenses! Was I wrong in going to Sam's? Wonder if they can remove the scratch??
I have always purchased the zeiss lens cleaning wipes here but now they sell optiPlus wipes. They are flimsy and dry up before glasses are cleaned. I have had to use at least 2 wipes to clean one pair of glasses. They are terrible.
