I love the variety that Sam’s Club offers, but my experience with the optical department was extremely disappointing. My husband and I spent time looking at glasses and were never acknowledged by the associate on duty. To make matters worse, she was on her phone shopping instead of assisting customers. We ultimately decided to leave due to the lack of customer service. *note the Amazon shopping on her phone
I have used Sam’s optical in Melbourne for several years,Jimmy and holly are the absolute best,easy to deal with,very informative and first class people,I bought 2 pairs recently,Holly and Jimmie both exceeded my expectations,highly recommended,very positive experience with exceptional good attitudes,my family and friends all use Sam’s optical in Melbourne and are all super satisfied,holly and Jimmie are the examples of what every business needs
Terrible customer service on numerous occasions! This particular sales associate clearly hates her job and should seek employment elsewhere. She ignores the customers. Will not return to this establishment!
