The best thing about this Sam’s Club is you always know what to expect from service to always being stocked. The additional gas pump upgrade is a relief of the long lines that always made it not worth the wait. The mobile pick up has only lagged too long once. The other times it was surprisingly fast but I rather walk in.
Worst experience I had. I got called my contacts were ready for pick up. As I arrived there’s only one person working. First of all, I didn’t get acknowledged so I’m just standing here waiting. Then when I tried to ask if someone else was available to help me with my pick up. She rudely told me no. At least an acknowledgment stating they’ll be right with me would of been nice. It’s my first time ordering from this location and probably my last.
Dr. Wong is wonderful. I’ve been going to him for years. Caring and friendly. Good attention to detail and explains everything. It’s great having glasses store right there.
I had a wonderful experience at my eye appointment with Dr. Wong. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain changes in my prescription. I would highly recommend this office for any optometry needs.
