They don’t keep consistent hours. I came to pickup my glasses today and they decided to close early without notice. Gas ain’t cheap. And now I gotta find another time to come and hope they are open.
Horribly impolite woman staffing this counter, unwilling to be friendly or helpful when making a simple request for information. It’s not that hard to try to help without giving attitude or making a customer feel like they are doing something wrong by asking.
This place has gone down the crapper. Poorly staffed to take calls, eye doctor misdiagnosed my eye condition. Waste of time and money.You get what you pay for!
