On 9/27/2025 at approximately 5:30pm I went to check on a warranty on my glasses, the young lady that was working there was not very friendly and was not helpful at all. She only gave me the paperwork to submit a claim but didn't give a lot of explanation on how to actually do it. While I was talking to her some other customer interrupted and then the young lady started helping the other customer and left me sitting there. Very frustrating. I don't recommend this place if you have a high stigmatism bought here about 3 time over the past 20yrs and always got bad service from an older woman that I assumed was the manager there I don't know how it is now but why take your chances and end up just wasting your time

My review is for customer service. I brought in my prescription since they do not have an optometrist on site. My glasses with progressive lenses were ordered and I picked them up. I returned them the next day. I told the associate that I was returning the glasses. She stated that I had just picked them up the day before and that I needed to give it time so that I get used to them. She spoke of how I needed to wear them longer and so on on so forth. Super fast eye exam i was there about 20 minutes in and out with my prescription. Unexpectedly pleased with my experience. Would definitely recommend
