The optical team at the Sam's club in Des Plaines is great. I have gone back to this doctor because she is patient and great! The staff is also accommodating and great to work with!
Bad experience with Sam’s Club Optical. They’re slow, never answer the phone, and when they do, they hang up. I’ve been asking for my prescription for over a month, and they keep avoiding me for no reason. Completely unprofessional
Never waste your money on this place! They have a horrible setvice . Took more than a month to get my prescription glass. The place says open 10:00 am but its almost 11:00 Am no ine is here. If there is a negative star to rate this place. That would be their rate.
I have been trying to get my contacts from this club for a month now. They completed an eye exam, they lost my chart couldn't order my contacts. They called back a week later stating they found my chart and ordered my contacts. 2 weeks later they told me that they forgot to order them and they would call me back and to reorder them. Well they never called me and I have been calling them and stopping by for over a week and they are never open!
Avoid at all cost, if there are other options go to them. I had to cancel my prescription contact order because they were taking too long, almost 2 weeks. They told me it would arrive in a few days, then excuses came in for the delay due to the holiday weekend, then my prescription is too high therefore it is back ordered, and then it was accidentally canceled etc. I finally spoke with the manager and told me to obtain my contacts through somewhere else because they do not know when contacts would arrive.
