Love my Sam's never have any problem. The only problem is that when you so used to find something in a certain place and you go one day and everything changed. That's my only problem.
I called the optical department and the calls were repeatedly placed on a hold without a representative and then disconnected.
This place is so nice. The eye doctor is very kind. I came in for a new prescription. Pretty seamless....I ordered some contacts but of course due to weekend and a holiday they got delayed coming in. At the same time one of my babies broke my glasses frame. I came back in. They were super helpful and got me a second pair of trials to hold me over until my prescription comes in. I absolutely love this place. It's hard to find places that actually care about their customers.
Don’t waste ur money here !! Went to check up and bought many glasses and it all went waste bcuz I still can’t see and it’s very uncomfortable!! One of them broke within 2 weeks!! Ughh should have went to other places instead ! I just threw $700 away for nothing
