I made a call at about 3 today (June 2, 2020) and the lady who answered the phone had the best customer service skills. She was friendly and kind, even though the systems were down all morning. She impressed me with her patience and courteousy, even after the morning she probably had was bad. She absolutely made my experience trying to get glasses, which is not possible cause of covid, better. I was added to a call list amd I trust that I will get a call.
I've had nothing but a great experience with the vision center . Everyone is so nice and helpful. Will definitely be back for future purchases .
Called because I lost a contact and was somewhat urgent getting a replacement. Called and the woman on the phone was looking for any possibility to make sure she could not help. Not a great way to make money. Problem focused instead of solution focused.
