Just wanted to mention the outstanding professionalism and patience of Bobbi Jo Powell in the optical department at Sam’s Club in Wilkes-Barre Township. She took the time to answer all questions I had and was also very kind too! I drive to that particular Sam’s Club for her over the top service!!
Cheryl was very professional and made sure my new glasses were perfect in every way. I'm very happy with them. The price for the glasses was the most reasonable compared to other optical centers. Highly recommend.
They are fairly quick. Not always the most polite. My one friend with me was told she needed to figure out the options on her own rather than be assisted by those paid to do so.
