I am very unhappy with them. I had an eye exam. One eye is near sighted and the other is far sighted. They made me progressive glasses (of course the most expensive). They gave me double vision. They tried bifocals, single vision reading glasses. All gave me double vision. I ended up settling for driving glasses, but got no refund even though driving glasses are much cheaper than progressive glasses. I can't recommend them. I would give them a minus if I could.
Dr. Maharaj is awesome. She cares..as far as customer service..Shannon the group that was with her were great. Ordered my refill for contacts over 2 weeks ago..I was ok with that had to ask for samples to get me through. Called today which is Saturday..website said they were open and on Sunday 12 to 4..called asking for a manager..apparently there is no manager...Humph..SAD
I had the best experience here. The staff was amazing and so helpful. They had a great selection of glasses. Definitely will be back
