The one star is for the exceptional customer service. The workers deserve a 5 star for real. The people there are friendly and willing to help. However the product is 100% hot garbage. I bought all their cleaners and their wipes and fiber towels to protect my glasses. It took less than 2 hours for my lenses to be scratched. Push forward 60 days and I regret buying glasses here. Words can not explain how Sherri helped me! 5 star customer service is not enough. Prices were great. Sherri was very informative as well. She was knowledgeable. Sherri deserves a raise.
I'd give zero if I could. I have worn glasses for 40 years. This pair was over $500 and the len coating hazed over within a year. Clearly manufacturing defect that Sam's club would not stand behind. I will never buy glasses there again.
