Thanks for cancelling my pick up order and not notifying me. Also saying you're going to connect me to a manager and instead sending me to a department worker. I've always been a Costco fan so now I will be keeping my membership with them and I'll be cancelling the one with you. All you had to do was notify me.

There is a new corporate policy that you must show your ID card to get in, even to go to the cafe. A sales associate tried to stop me from entering the store to get a temporary ID so I could enter the store. The way I’ve been treated the last two times I’ve been in is making me not want to come here. I’m a member, and I feel unwelcome.
