This is the worst Sam’s ever. The you can forget about getting anything done over the phone. I ordered online go to the store to pickup and had to still go and get what I ordered out the store.
Picked up my new glasses 2 hours ago. Have to commend Danny for his professionalism. He was incredibly helpful when I selected my frames. I told him how glasses aways give me a headache rubbing against my temples but I can’t stand contacts. He did such a good job finding the right frames and fitting me that they didn’t even need adjustments when I picked them up. 2 hours into wearing them they are still as comfortable as when I put them on! This is a first for me and with my TMJ!

Learn how to spell the word Happy the lady messed my cake up and lied and told the manager nothing was wrong with it... Can't stand liars but corporate will be called!!
I just had the absolute worst customer service experience at your Memphis TN Covington Pike location. Asked for assistance and the yellow vests on the floor were too busy to respond. I found a guy in a blue vest who went to check, but couldn't tell me if another location has the item. Walked over to member services and ran into long lines and people who has no idea what they were doing and handheld tablets that weren't working.
