Jim is the best!
Jim is very kind and knowledgeable about hearing aids. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and listens to everything the patient says. He is extremely patient too. He took extra time to make sure my 92 year old aunt understood what he told her. I also am a patient there (which is why I took my aunt) and have always been extremely pleased with his service and professionalism.
They never answer the phone. I called and it rang forever. Then I get a call back from some guy telling me he is out in the store if he doesn’t answer and to just wait by my phone for a call back. Literally the first time I’ve called a business that doesn’t let you leave a message and they expect you to just and wait for the roving employee to call back....at some point....and if he’s out in the same club he should have a cell phone he can answer, terrible business model....made my appointment with Costco, much better custom... read more
