Jim was the absolute best! I am 20 years old and this was the first time I ever got a hearing test done. He was very thorough with his questions and explained every step he did in detail. He was very patient with me and made me feel very safe about a scary thing! After getting results he explained it in a very easy way and was able to let me know that my results were a little abnormal considering my age. Jim is the best! Took my 91 year old mother there to get hearing aids. He was very patient and kind with her and explained everything really well. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Jim is very kind and knowledgeable about hearing aids. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and listens to everything the patient says. He is extremely patient too. He took extra time to make sure my 92 year old aunt understood what he told her. I also am a patient there (which is why I took my aunt) and have always been extremely pleased with his service and professionalism.
They never answer the phone. I called and it rang forever. Then I get a call back from some guy telling me he is out in the store if he doesn’t answer and to just wait by my phone for a call back. Literally the first time I’ve called a business that doesn’t let you leave a message and they expect you to just and wait for the roving employee to call back....at some point....and if he’s out in the same club he should have a cell phone he can answer, terrible business model....made my appointment with Costco, much better custom... read more
