I have been struggling with hearing loss for sometime now and was unsure about getting hearing aids due to the looks of them and nervous about what people would say. The Sam's Club Audiologist, Amelia Everett was very professional and was very empathetic to my hearing needs. She was very knowledgeable of all my questions and took the time to explain everything in detail. Would gladly recommend to anyone!!!! Thank You!
Very nice ladies great service but always low on supplies for my hearing aids so not happy about that
I bought the Liberty SIE 128 hearing aids 1 year ago. The Bluetooth feature has had a lot of problems. They have reloaded the software twice and showed me how to do it. But I paid $800 for service. They have essentially given up on solving my problem and said my iPhone must be the problem. I think I figured out the problem on my own. I had several Bluetooth accessories added to my phone so I decided to remove most of them. Now the problems have been greatly reduced.
