Celia provided a comprehensive hearing test for a second evaluation. Before starting the test she asked me a series of questions to try to understand what was going on with my hearing issues. After the test, she went over my previous hearing test and compared with the one she conducted and explained the discrepancies of the diagnosis of my first exam that was done elsewhere.
