This would be an amazing hearing aid centre but unfortunately, I come to the establishment and attempt to buy hearing aides. The employee tries to tell me something and I can’t hear since I was unable to purchase hearing aides. I always end up leaving. I have invested in a sign language class at CMU in the hopes I can communicate using that at my next visit.

I purchased hearing aids from Hank approx 3 years ago and am very happy with the quality and price point of these! Customer Service has been positive and consistent over the years. I would highly recommend

My experience since purchasing my hearing aids here 5 1/2 years ago has been nothing but great. Hank has always been open to any adjustments or tweaking that were needed. I'm considering upgrading to a newer model and will definitely return to Hank for this upgrade.

Hank sold me a pair of high dollar hearing aids about 4 years ago. When I went back in this year he retested me and told me that my hearing had significantly declined but refused to adjust my current hearing aids. Also was having problems with them slipping out of my ear canal, wouldn't fix that either and sent me on my way. I finally went to another hearing aid facility and got great service and will never go back to Sam's Club to see Hank and neither will I recommend him to anyone I know. Bad service, he has an attitude!
