I purchased hearing aids from this store and now they have pulled them out of sams family without giving any information to customers who have spent thousands for these hearing aids. I think it is a disgrace and will definitely tell anyone i can to refrain from shopping at sams club. Virginia should have started notifying customers of this problem as soon as she knew.
Virgina has been fantastic to work with. She spent a lot of time to make sure I had the right hearing aids, and adjusting them several times as I got used to wearing them. She is very kind and professional and I truly appreciate it.

Virginia Church was the absolute best! I have had too many bad experiences with hearing aids in the past that I almost had given up! I'm so elated now! I can't begin to explain how wonderful it is to hear! I was missing so much! I'm now enjoying all the new sounds and experiences at 61 years old! I just wish I had gone here 15 years ago.
Best customer service ever! Virginia, the Hearing Specialist is professional, kind, and as client oriented a person as I've ever worked with. She takes notes on every visit so that she has all your information and any possible issues at her fingertips whenever a client comes in.
