Horrible customer service. Placed an order for a replacement hearing aid for my mother in Dec 2023 and had to follow up 10 times to receive it in Feb 2024. The day I took it home to my mom, it wasn’t working. We then took it back to return it and Vanessa told us she will get it fixed and call us back within two weeks. Still haven’t heard from her. This is the most pathetic service I have ever seen. No manager available to escalate. We have been waiting for 4 months for a hearing aid.
