Shelly was absolutely amazing, she was understanding and made sure I was comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.
Came in to get a hearing test for a job application. Shelly is super personable and fun. Really enjoyed my experience with her.
I worked with Sherry to get my hearing tested and subsequently fitted with hearing aids. Sherry’s customer service and technical expertise were excellent. After I got my hearing aids she called me the next day to check that all was well. This, in addition to scheduling follow up appointments to fine-tune the aids (at no extra cost). Oh, and the hearing aids are working very well. Thanks Sherry.
