I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service we received from Mateo and Wes at Ludic Hearing located in Sam's Club, Denton, Texas. Purchased hearing aids at Sams Club in Denton, TX. Vanessa was my Hearing Instrument Specialist. She was absolutely wonderful. She was patient and knowledgeable. Took her time with me. Cannot say enough good things about her. I left with my first hearing aids and so glad I’m actually hearing everything. Thank you Vanessa!
Wes did a great job. I had all but given up on these hearing aids but we’d came to the rescue and now I hear everything.
We recently were having some problems hearing conversation and a close friend referred us to Lucid Hearing Center at Sam’s Club in Denton. I was skeptical about buying hearing aids from a club store but after meeting Wes and working with him my skepticism was satisfied. He tested our hearing and fitted us with a demo set and we were truly amazed at the sound we were missing up until that point.
