Im a current Sam’s hearing aid customer. Made an appointment for test and new hearing aids. They are not concerned about keeping it. If the technician doesn’t care whether an appointment is kept, why make them? Almost 30 minutes past my appointment time, and the technician doesn’t know when i can be seen. Horrible representative of Sam’s club. Steer clear of this place if you want service Laredo, TX hearing aid center is a joke
