Lino was absolutely AMAZING with my parents. If I could rate him 10 stars, I would. My parents had purchased hearing aids years ago and hardly wore them because they weren’t programmed correctly. Lino took time with both my mom and dad to explain their loss, how to take care of their hearing aids, use them to the maximum capacity, and told them to come back as needed for maintenance. He was so patient and kind with all of their questions and my parents can hear LIGHTYEARS better now. I HIGHLY recommend Lino!
