Emily did such a good job with my tests and explaining my results to me. She was extremely professional, and I recommend her (very loudly) to anyone with hearing loss!
The woman with whom e had an appointment was very rude. She kept us waiting for a good 20 minutes and was barely apologetic. My husband, unfortunately, had made an appointment, but neglected to let them know it would be for two people. She acted as if we were some sort of insignificant children.
