Brittainy is a very knowledgeable professional. I was visiting family in Eagan and developed a problem with one of my devices. She quickly identified the problem and fixed it. In addition to fixing the problem she offered advice on how to prevent future problems. Not only is she a well trained professional, she also has outstanding customer service skills.
