Brittainy Mapson is just fantastic! She really understands the true meaning of "customer service." Very professional, courteous, proactive (like calling to see how things are going), and willing to take the time to make sure I got the best possible experience from my hearing aids. Brittainy is a very knowledgeable professional. I was visiting family in Eagan and developed a problem with one of my devices. She quickly identified the problem and fixed it. In addition to fixing the problem she offered advice on how to prevent future problems. Not only is she a well trained professional, she also has outstanding customer service skills.
Brittany has drastically helped my husband’s hearing. She is incredibly knowledgeable, she is an ultimate professional and exudes empathy and understanding for people with hearing issues.
