Jeff Traynham at the north Lakeland Sam's Club is excellent. My hearing test was thorough, and Jeff was equally thorough in explaining the results. After purchasing my hearing aids, Jeff took the time to answer my questions and offered to service my hearing aids when the time comes. Jeff is truly professional, kind, patient and always willing to help. I highly recommend him!
Took my 93 year old grandmother to see Jeff at the 98 north location for new hearing aids. She was extremely pleased with the kindness, professionalism and knowledge he has. She said no one had ever been so thorough with her or as patient with her at an appointment . He was very nice , very honest and did not try to for e into anything she did not need. Highly recommend this location!
