Schedule my appointment Thursday for Tuesday @10:30. I arrive at 10:25. The staff members seem surprised I was there. I let her know I had a scheduled 10:30 appointment. She says ok and tells me to have a seat. She tells me we will input my information into the system . As she putting in the information and gets ready to press save . I let her know the name on the screen is not my name (she never bothered to ask my name). She ask my name and then states my appointment is not on her calendar and there must have been an error.... read more
2 lanes open. 30+ minutes to checkout , 15 minutes to get out because they check everyone's receipts. Unacceptable.
