Sams club travel was terrible rip off. Cheated by fraud. Can not get satisfaction. Don't trust, it's a bait and switch fraud. Booked for new hotel Hampton Inn amarillo west, but it was really a spark hotel, dumpy smelly hotel. We could not get help, left us in a dump or go somewhere else at our extra expense, no refund, we rented other hotel at holiday inn express amarillo. They are liars and cheats. Don't trust Sam's Club travel.
Wow trying to get to someone at Sam's Club to help me with a terrible delivery/shipping problem by FedEx! Over 100 feet to the handicap ramp and no way to get it to the door - and just before the rain storm!
