Just got back from Sam's Club and was surprised when two rose heads fell right off the bouquet in the car. I handled it carefully, so I was confused—until I got it inside and saw the stems had been cut short. Looks like they were added from another bunch. Pretty disappointing for the price, especially since we've bought flowers from them before that were fine. Giving it 2 stars instead of 1. Hoping this was just a one-off!
