jerry was super helpful! most car shops talk to me like i don’t know anything because i’m female, but he was so honest and respectful and i’d be happy to come back to this location next time my car needs tires/maintenance.
Worst customer service ever! If I could give 0 stars I would! I should of known better when the last time I got tires they lost a lug nut and spent an hour searching for it before telling me anything. Now fast forward a year I’m back for the other 2 tires and when I came in 3 hours before closing they said they didn’t have time to do them and that the tires weren’t in stock. First of all, they kept me on hold for 57 minutes on the phone. Then, after many frustrating attempts with the website, they didn't have my tires in stock. So, I bought the exact same tires had a better price online, and then they refuse to put them on. What a completed total waste of time.
