I am so upset at the amount of disrespect my clients received today while picking up his wife's birthday cake. We called ahead to see if it was all done and she said rudely "well.... when did you order it" " he said monday" then the lady said "well that was 4 days ago its done" we then called to check the price before picking it up and she hung up on us the first time and then answered the second time.
