The lines moved relatively fast and the staff was very helpful at the self checkout lanes. There is plenty of parking although it can take a bit longer than expected to leave during peak times.
Very crappy customer service! I have returned a gold necklace and have the receipt however, they refusing issuing refund! Called customer service more than 10 times in the past 2 months and the staff are so unprofessional and rude, they hang upon you and refuse transferring to manager. This is a huge fraud and I am ready to claim it legally. Very lousy service and you don’t get refund for returning items. So far, it caused me more than $400 !
