Very unprofessional employees. Curbside pickup employees will bypass customers waiting for their order. The employees will bypass customers waiting when another customer bribes the employee for preference and quick delivery. Expect wait times of over an hour, sometimes much longer. Very unprofessionally managed. Some employees utilize unprofessional use of religious practices to make customers waiting for their orders to make them cancel and leave.

We have been waiting for a pickup that was supposedly ready since we got a notification. One hour, and still waiting. No option to cancel the order on the app. Customer service guy delivering says not his problem. Sam’s club, do better. Update: 9/16/25 I was back again for a pickup. Things are still the same. Waited for 45 mins with no updates. Decided to walk in and pick up my items. Sam’s Club, dos anyone even read these?
