PRIME MEMBERSHIP IS A JOKE FOR CRUB SIDE ASSISTANCE. Was told at 3:44 your order is ready and will be right out. Waited until 5:pm, had to walk in and still didn’t get my purchase until 5:20pm.😱 SMH.meanwhile other associates standing around. Also ask for the mgt they never came.SMH
We went to Sam’s club today just to grab some diapers, and as I’m pulling the box off the shelf, a liquid poured all over the front of my shirt, assuming it was coffee. We went to the workers near check out to let them know there was now coffee on the floor that needed to be cleaned up and the worker offered to even get me a new shirt! Was very nice I wasn’t expecting that, as my husband was going to get me a new one anyway. Was very kind of the man to do so. Very much appreciated!
Not enough handicap scooters and no bench to wait Had to leave due to standing issues
