Patty was rude and dismissive. I asked for headphones out of the cage and she gave me the wrong color. I went to customer service and asked for an exchange and was greeted with, well are they even in the package. Assuming I was returning an empty box. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.
Decent...kinda wish the one in Batavia was still open. Went on a Sunday....crazy busy....maybe someone can explain why more people don't use scan and go??? I use it regardless of how many people are here and I am always shocked at how many people stand in line
I would have given this store 5 stars but i order online and pickup. Half of the pickup stalls reserved, people use as parking. When I mentioned it, the person said that his manager said not to worry about it. What is the point of having reserved spaces if they dont enforce it and people park there??? The people that work here are always so nice and friendly. Also please, more vegan healthy items.
