Update 8/7/2025. Had a great experience with Gus from the meat department. Very polite and friendly guy. Another great experience! I spoke with Simone in Bakery and had a great experience ordering some simple cupcakes. She was patient, detailed, and over HAPPY to be at work. I also love the latino gentlemen in the front. Also a great smiley person. Thank you Montgomery Sams club for the great experience.
Website states custom cakes however that’s not really true. Their “customization” is pick a color to write happy birthday. They refuse to take orders in store. Needed Greek letters. Can’t type that on the app or online and they refused to accommodate the request in the store. Also can’t customize border color. Do better Sam’s.
Honestly, it's one of my favorite stores and I'm sorry. The last month I've placed orders and they take a long time. The last time it took more than an hour. I know it's not the staff's problem. I want to pay. They don't have enough staff for the type of delivery. It's too much. I give up every day. It's more difficult. I'm sorry that I have to cancel my membership to go to other Walmart stores. After a certain price, they deliver to your home.
There busy but only have one cashier! And the bathroom nasty
