Eddy in the cafe tonight was an absolute rock. When he came in I’m assuming off break, there was very little food in the hot case and pizzas backed up in the oven. He calmly and efficiently served up orders and restocked the hot case as he did it catching the entire cafe up within minutes. Great job.
