Consistently poor performance. They had a clearance computer. It took me 3 people and 15 minutes to identify they had 3 in stock. When I went to check out, they brought the wrong computer, I got handed off again only to be told after another 10 minutes it was out of stock. When I asked if they could check another Sam’s, they told me I could do it myself. This is the second time in as many months the displayed clearance item was out of stock. So I bought a PC from Costco.
many of the refrigerator shelves were completely empty. no employees in the bakery area. had to go up front to have them call someone. was picking up a pre-order cake and had to walk into the employee refrigerator area to find it myself because the employee was not able to find it himself.
Store is cllean and organized, employees were very nice and respectful... Definitely worth the 5 stars
