We love to shop at Sam’s club, the team members are always so friendly and the samples really sell us on product. However, I shopped there today and asked a bakery employee who was a decorator if I could have an extra bag so I could freeze half of the buns I bought. She was so disgustingly rude. I was very kind when I asked and patiently waited for her to help me. I was genuinely disgusted and baffled with how she responded to my simple question. Great prices but DO NOT go to curbside pickup. I've been here going on 45 minutes . . . Still no order. There are people waiting for parking spaces & employees move like molasses. Boo.
Very disappointing you can't buy pizza here unless you go through the Sam's club app. If I can't buy a piece of pizza and pay with my debit card like I used to in the past then I will no longer purchase pizza from here. And maybe consider changing my membership to BJ's!!!! Very disappointing to take something as simple as getting a piece of pizza and make it difficult!!!!
