This rating is for the Cafe worker I encountered today. Gave me the wrong topping on my pretzel and when I told her, she got an attitude and then gave me another pretzel with the wrong topping and she got another attitude. I asked for a manager and a guy with a beard came over and said he doesn't like to discipline employees because they may not come back to work.
