Today, I had the pleasure to have met Ericka at curbside pickup to receive my online order. I want to give KUDOS for her outstanding service. In this Georgia heat I found her to be very pleasant well serving others. I told her that I did not have the app she wasted no time taking my information and providing me with my order. Even though it was almost 90 plus degrees she was gracious well serving others. Thank you Ericka for your service today!

I like the store itself, but the meat is horrible. Don’t even try to get a rotisserie chicken. It’s raw each and every time which is a health hazard. I’ve reported this before and no one has changed anything. Received two today and both are red/purple inside. Totally uncooked. The sams brand packed raw chicken has gone down hill as well and it’s so rubbery/rotten.

I called 20 times before I went to the store, the call was never answered, they just picked up the phone and hung up. So I decided to go to the store for my return, while in the line for return I can hear the phone ringing and see the young lady at the return desk picking up the phone and hanging it up. Manager need to check who was at the return desk 7/2/2025 at 7:20PM. The manager and the staff needs to be retrained. If you don't like your job, find another one.
