Love the place.. the swipe and go is an advantage
I visited your restaurant at Edison,NJ with my 2-year-old and was surprised there were no high chairs available. Because of this, my son sat on the table to reach his food. I tried several times to move him to a regular chair, but he kept crying and refused to sit. A staff member repeatedly asked us to take him down, saying his feet were on the table, which only made him more upset. In the end, we had to leave without eating. I canceled my membership two years ago However, they keep charging me membership fees. Also, when I call the warehouse, nobody picks up so I can speak to someone from member services And after three minutes of I got disconnected. SAM’S CLUB HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THAT. Personally, I have spent thousands of dollars while I did have my membership And this is how I get treated after I canceled it. I am totally disgusted with this situation
