I try to place a order for a cake a few months ago for my daughter and one lady working in the bakery was really rude telling me that she can't take orders that could only order online only which is a lie. That she would make a exception only this time and to just do it online next time with a attitude acting as I was being a bother. This lady need to be fired giving paying customers a attitude as if we are asking something for free .
I'm here at Sam's and I was served by a cashier with a very bad attitude. She wasn't wearing a name tag, and she was dressed in pink pants, a black sweatshirt, and a black hat. They should train their employees to treat customers who come to shop with respect.
Cicero sams club is awesome! All the people are great! Cafe has some great food!
