I had a very upsetting experience at this Sam's Club. I was racially profiled when my cart was scanned almost in its entirety at the exit, while customers around me were not subjected to the same treatment. Even the shoppers behind me noticed and couldn’t help but to comment on how ridiculous, unfair and unnecessary it was. I allowed him to scan as many items as he liked, you know why? Changing to where you need the app to order a hotdog and soda at the food court section is beyond idiotic. Whoever decided that should lose their jobs ASAP. Idiocy is new apparently
