They never answer the phone.
I have been to the grocery store many times in my life, and this was by far the WORST experience that I have ever had at any type of major grocery store. Anytime that I go into this Sam’s Club, there is only one standard checkout lane open and a bunch of self checkout lanes. Today I had over 40 items and decided that I was going to go through the normal checkout lane so I didn’t have to go through the hassle of scanning so many items. My husband and I were making a return and were asked to open a credit card. We expressed our concerns of why it was not good timing for us and that we flat out did not want to deal with a credit card. They would NOT take no for an answer. We should have just walked away after being hassled for 5+ minutes. We now have a balance that we were unaware of, and can not gain access to our account. This is so frustrating when we never wanted this in the first place.
Hms doesn't seem to care about making food look pleasing.
