I've been a member since this store opened. It's always been clean and people friendly but now that they rent space to outside sales that hound you every time you go in and always now at the exit is ridiculous. No one here to change electric companies or water suppliers. It was bad enough avoiding the t mobile sales people. Don't we pay to shop here?
Today was the second time I was stopped to check my receipt while leaving. I have zero problems with that, but if you're going to take everything out of all my reusable bags to scan everything, then at least have the decency to put everything back in the bags! The lady at the from tossed everything out of my bag without care, scanned it, then said have a nice day as she walked away, didn't even attempt to put anything back! Do better Sam's Club! Don't think I'll go back!
As a discount retail business shopping at Sam's Club is good but buying fuel however isn't great. Due to the lower cost of fuel for it's club members the fueling station at Sam's Club is always busy from open to close. The fueling station is too small for the volume of customers that buy fuel and you could find yourself waiting up to 40 minutes during peak busy times waiting to get to the fuel pumps and sometimes the fuel pumps either work slowly, lag or freeze up when trying to activate and use them.
